JUST AWFUL
I'd try having someone else take the shot so we can see your face, and drape your other arm beside you, with your hand touching your stomach. Then it would be even closer to art.
But in all honesty, I'm pretty sure this is distasteful porn no matter how you try to shift it. Maybe a standing up shot, taken from just directly below you while you're looking down at the camera? That might be pretty, and the droplets of water would fall down really nicely.

I love the whole composition,
it's magnificent!!
And I meant the lighting suggestion as constructive criticism. It might be a little cliche, but I would pick a black and white, overly contrasted photo over this. It looks like a personal add for someone's amateur porn site, heavy on the amateur. I think you can do better.
